On the 8th birthday of IT Professional Bali that held at Harris Hotels & Residences Sunset Road Kuta, ACS Group collaborated with HPE ARUBA as a sponsor of this event, got an opportunity to present our product solutions. HPE Aruba introduced audience all the product update solutions such as access point, controller and accessories to provide good, fast, secure and convenient WiFi service for loyal customers at the hotel.
On the other side, ACS Group introduced LTS Application (Laundry Tracking System), which is able to manage laundry process in hotels, hospitals and laundry service providers. By using RFID technology system integrated with LTS application, it will facilitate in managing and accelerating tracking laundry items and can improve in terms of process quality and lifecycle of laundry items as well. By having said that, this application will improve the service quicker to the loyal customers in the Hospitality Industry. LTS application is built with Web-base and mobile solution to support the flexibility of real operation in the field.
