PT Dunia Express Transindo (DUNEX Logistics) is one of the first eleven companies in Indonesia’s Bonded Logistics Center or the PLB (Pusat Logistik Berikat), which was a priority national economic policy of the government of President Joko Widodo. DUNEX Logistics in 2018 launched its Cold Storage service in its biggest warehouse facility in Sunter (North Jakarta). This state-of-the-art facility offers a total of 7,750m2 cold storage area (-5 to -25 degree celcius) or up to 12,768 pallet positions.
To operate its proprietary Warehouse Management System (WMS), DUNEX Logistics uses the latest wireless infrastructure by HPE Aruba. Only the IAP275 Enterprise Access Point can deliver secure enterprise-grade WIFI inside the freezing chambers. “We are lucky to find the ultra-rugged Aruba IAP275 access point. We partnered with PT Solusi Periferal (ACS Group), a gold partner of Aruba. With their assistance, we successfully covered all areas of our cold storage warehouse, including the freezer chambers.” says Mr. David Jonathan, IT Infrastructure Chief of DUNEX Logistics.
